The following is a proposed set of ecosystem function goals and objectives relating to Columbia River Treaty operations. It is intended to be a comprehensive list of things that matter from an ecosystem perspective AND that can possibly be affected by changes to CRT- related operations. The development of these objectives is based on an assumption that significant changes to the hydro operations within the Canadian Columbia Basin can be made through the CRT re-negotiation process.
