The purpose of a water use planning process is to develop recommendations defining a preferred operating strategy using a multi-stakeholder consultative process.This report summarizes the consultative process and records the areas of agreement and disagreement arrived at by the Columbia River Water Use Plan Consultative Committee. It is the basis for the Columbia River Draft Water Use Plan for BC Hydros Mica, Revelstoke and Hugh Keenleyside projects. Both the Columbia River ConsultativeCommittee Report and the Draft Water Use Plan will be submitted to the Comptroller ofWater Rights.
